I am the second owner. I have a carfax up until I purchased it in July 2006. It runs great and looks just as well. It has all options. I PUT 6 NEW MICHELIN TIRES ON IT IN JULY 2006 AND ALL NEW HOUSE/CHASIS BATTERIES IN JUNE 2007. THERE IS ALSO 20 MONTHS REMAINING ON A BUMPER TO BUMPER WARRANTY!! This coach is ready to roll! It is the Fleetwood Revolution 38B motorhome, with two slides. This is only one step below the American Coach series. It is on a Freightliner chasis with a 8.3L Cummins turbo diesel, 330 horse power engine. It also has a Banks power stinger system, which increases the horses to 425hp and increases the torque by almost 300 foot lbs. Allison 3000 six speed automatic transmission. Onan 7.5KW quiet diesel generator. Tilt/cruise, smart wheel, backup monitor, heated/remote side mirrors. It has pass through basement storage with a slide out tray. All maintenance is easy as well. All filters all easy to get too, and the hotwater tank is right behind a compartment door and you merely switch a lever and it is bypassed and drained for winterazation. It has two roof ducted A/C, two furnances, three tvs, two in and one outside, satelite radio, power A&E patio awning, entry awning and window awnings on all windows. Power entry steps, keyless entry, auto seek satelite system. fiberglass roof. 27" tv in front, 19" tv in bedroom, 15" LCD Tv outside, stereo home theater surround sound, dvd/vhs tape player, auto seek satelite, tile kitchen/bath floors, carpet throughout the rest. Ultra leather captians chairs, pilot/co-pilot, utlra leather sleeper sofa, and a leather recliner. Dinette table with four chairs, convection/microwave oven, 3 burner cooktop, regular oven, double sink, four door refrigerator w/ice maker, corian counter tops throughout, huge shower, washer/dryer combo, cieling fan in bedroom, full length cedar closet, queen size bed, cherry wood interior, all hardwood cabinet doors. I have had all the windows professionally tinted to 5%. This is one clean coach and priced to sell. There is some very minor cosmetic damage to the upper right rear corner area,which I have included pictures of . It was this way when I purchased it and have never gotten around to fixing it. I did get a quote and if I recall correctly it was about $1200 or so to repair, it is really just a paint issue. The previous owner had two small dogs he travelled with and we occassionally travel with our two cats, but you would never know it by looking. It has no smells or signs of animals. We have had the carpets professionally cleaned three times since we have owned it. My wife and I are just neat freaks is all!
