• Square footage required for pricing is a minimum of 1200.

• Give the Owner, Contractor a written warrantee on all work.
• Deposit all job relate trash as directed on the job site.
• Install one piece base and casings.
• Hang all split jamb door units.

All of the above for $97.00 a square foot!

DISCOUNTED EXTRAS

• One piece chair rail installed for $35.00 per room. Two piece for $65.00 per room.
• Base cap shadow boxing under the chair railing for $6.00 a box.
• Single crown moulding installed for $45.00 per room.

WHOLESALE PRICES

• Single, top or bottom cabinets for $65.00 a lineal foot, (straight foot).
• Top and bottom cabinets for $95.00 a lineal foot.
